CMAT 2026 Registration Ends Today: What You Need to Know Before the Deadline

If you're aiming for a seat in one of India's top management institutes through CMAT 2026, you’re running out of time. Today, November 17, 2025, is the last day to submit your application for this year's Common Management Admission Test.

The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts CMAT every year, will close the registration window at 11:50 PM tonight. Once that deadline passes, there won’t be any second chances.

Don’t Miss the Deadline

Every year, thousands of students wait until the last minute to apply and end up facing issues like site slowdowns or payment failures. If you haven't registered yet, don’t be one of them. The application link is live on the official website — cmat.nta.nic.in.

A direct link is easy to find on the homepage, so there's no reason to waste time searching. Go straight there, create your login, and complete the form while keeping your documents ready.

What You’ll Need to Register

Here’s what you should have ready before you begin the registration:

  • A valid email ID and mobile number

  • Scanned passport-size photo and signature

  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (you’ll need some details from them)

  • Category certificate (if applicable)

  • Credit/debit card or net banking details to pay the fee

Make sure the photo and signature are as per the format mentioned on the portal. If they’re not, the system will reject your upload, wasting more of your time.

How Much is the CMAT 2026 Fee?

Unlike other management entrance exams, CMAT’s fee structure is pretty student-friendly:

Category Male Fee Female Fee
General (UR) ₹2500 ₹1250
Gen-EWS / OBC-NCL / SC / ST / PwD ₹1250 ₹1250
Third Gender ₹1250 ₹1250

The payment needs to be completed online. No offline options.

When is the CMAT 2026 Exam?

NTA hasn’t announced the exact date yet, but based on last year’s timeline, you can expect the test sometime in February or March 2026. The date will be released after the registration ends, possibly along with the admit card update.

CMAT usually consists of sections on Quantitative Techniques, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Tough but manageable—if you’ve prepared smartly.

Final Advice

  • Don’t gamble with the deadline. Register now.

  • Double-check your details before clicking submit — wrong information = big trouble later.

  • Keep screenshots or save PDFs of your confirmation page and payment receipt. You’ll need them during the admit card stage.

This could be your chance to enter a top MBA program without paying lakhs for other private college entrance tests. Don’t blow it because you were lazy today.
