Schools are required to:
-
Enter accurate bank account details
-
Complete all required data entry within the stipulated time
-
Ensure that the Centre Superintendent personally reviews, finalises, and freezes the data on the IPS portal
Failure to complete this process accurately may lead to delays in payment processing and administrative complications.
Responsibility of School Principals
CBSE has instructed Principals and Heads of Institutions to:
-
Ensure strict compliance with all CBSE instructions
-
Verify accuracy of marks before final submission
-
Complete all pending processes well before the deadline
-
Avoid last-minute uploads to prevent technical issues
The Board has emphasized that schools will be fully responsible for any discrepancies arising due to late submission or incorrect data entry.
