Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and see your weight category.
Check whether your weight is healthy for your height. Enter your weight and height to get your BMI and the category (underweight, normal, overweight or obese) per WHO ranges.
For adults, a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered normal. Below 18.5 is underweight, 25–29.9 is overweight, and 30 or above is obese.
BMI is a useful general guide but does not account for muscle mass, age or body composition, so athletes may read higher despite being healthy.
