Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result has been officially released today, September 24, 2025, by the Selection Committee of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) and Research, Tamil Nadu. Candidates can now check their allotment status online at the official portal – tnmedicalselection.net.
Students allotted seats must confirm their admission and join the allotted colleges by September 30, 2025 (5 PM).

Important Updates for Round 2 Allotment
- Candidates who were re-allotted seats and had already paid their tuition fee in Round 1 are required to pay only the difference amount.
- Seats in Round 1 were allotted only to those who either vacated their seat or opted for an upgrade to higher preference.
- For PwD candidates, following a Madras High Court verdict, three students with benchmark disabilities have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats at Madurai Medical College and Government Omandurar Medical College.
- A total of 3,250 seats were available in this counselling round.
